Even Cooking – High Thermal Mass Lets this Cooker be consistent across all conditions weather in the 110F of Summer or the -50F of Winter
Large Heavy Duty Steel Grates – 2 Large Heavy Duty Steel Grates are included and slide on a simple heavy duty Rail, with no moving parts there is no potential for mechanical failure or binding
Heat Management – 1 Extra Large Air inlet for the Firebox allows for a total combustion of the fuel, giving hotter temps when needed and an oversized Chimney allows for increased flow/draw for cooling the Smoker down
Cool Touch Handles – Made from Solid 1/4in Plate with a skeletonized design these handles will never break and will more importantly never get too hot
High Temp Door Seals – High Temp Gasket is used to trap heat and Smoke inside the Cooker for the best cook and flavor, They are also easily replaceable if the Seals wear out over time
Easy Cleaning – A Drain Plug is in place along with a built in water pan that allows you to power wash or deep clean and scrub clean if desired
